Executing the organization's first nurture campaign

Challenge

Nurture campaigns were missing from the organization's yearly campaign plans, causing significant touchpoint gaps after collecting prospect information.

Goal

Build a nurture campaign that leveraged evergreen content and allow automated email sends to reduce manual effort.

Results

The nurture campaign decreased the need for manual emails and boosted engagement with customers and leads. Implementing the initial nurture campaign highlighted to stakeholders the significance of post-acquisition strategies for leads and customer data. In addition, there was increased dialogue about incorporating additional nurture campaigns into future marketing strategies.
